has been prepared to assist you when vacating a property. These items left
unattended have caused delays of bond refunds in the past.

Stove
(especially behind the stove), oven, grill and drip trays, cupboards,
drawers, bench tops and sinks. |
| BATHROOM |
|
|
Bathroom
cabinets, hand basins, toilets, shower screens/curtains and shower
recess (to be thoroughly scrubbed and grouting to be free of all soap
residue and mildew) |
|
|
Particular
attention to mildew on walls and ceilings. |
|
EXHAUST
FANS
|

To
be thoroughly cleaned. |
| DRAPES
& BLINDS |
|
|
Drapes
to be washed or dry cleaned (according to fabric) Venetian blinds
to be taken down and dusted before cleaning. |
| WALLS
& DOORS |

Marks
to be removed (particularly from around light switches and door handles.) |

Air Vents
to be dusted |

Skirtings
to be thoroughly cleaned |

Window
sills and windows to be dusted and cleaned |

COVERINGS |

Marked
or stained steam/dry cleaned |

to be washed thoroughly. |

To
be cleaned of cob webs and glass fittings to be washed. |

EXTERNAL

Driveways,
carports, garage and all concrete areas to be free of all oil and
grease stains. |

Have
you arranged for final readings from Origin Energy, Gas & Fuel,
Coliban Water and Telstra? |

MAIL

Have
you arranged for the re-direction of mail through the local post office? |
