We personally show any prospective tenants
through your property to ensure the safety of your property.

We undertake to do a thorough reference check
on any prospective tenants, using TICA the Tenancy Database,
before contacting you with the possible applicants.

At
the commencement of any new tenancies, we conduct
an inspection and provide the tenants with a detailed
condition report to which they can add if necessary.
This we use again when we do an outgoing inspection
at the end of the tenancy.

We
will contact you if any maintenance is required
at your property. We would not organise any maintenance
without your prior permission except in the case of
an emergency. We organise and supervise all maintenance
works.

We conduct an inspection at all properties
every 6 months and provide you with a copy of the report.

provide you on a fortnightly or monthly basis
(depending on what you prefer) with a Statement as to
the movement of rent monies.

represent you at Tribunal Hearings.

at the end of the financial year.
