Normally the sales process takes 1 to 3 months, but with an
Auction we only require 4-5 weeks from appointment to the
Auction day. |

to gather feedback from potential buyers, which may help you
in setting the reserve price. This also provides you, the
Vendor with a chance to accept any offers made prior to Auction
if the price and conditions are right.
Auction day
- Pre auction viewing hopefully a good crowd strong bidding
and the property sells and both vendors and buyers are pleased
with the outcome of the day.
Should the property not sell under the hammer on Auction day,
we will continue to negotiate with potential buyers and promote
the property until a satisfactory outcome has been reached.
Marketing Program:
A very smart Auction board will be placed prominently at the
front of your property pointing out the features and amenities.
We will also hold weekend open for inspections, mid week inspections
or illuminated opens at dusk (weather permitting).
Your Auction will feature prominently on
our new superb website (www.trevorandrew.com.au)
with direct access from the main page to your Auction. Your
property will be advertised in the Bendigo Weekly (statistics
show that 83% of all properties sold were advertised in the
Bendigo Weekly), a brochure in the window display at 33 Wills
Street Bendigo we will distribute brochures in the immediate
vicinity of your home. No stone will be left unturned.
